    Triple-backtick code blocks in post descriptions are stripped on render. Only inline code (single backtick) works. Affects bug reports most as we paste stack traces.

  • Webhook test delivery shows 200 even on errorOpen

    The webhook test endpoint always returns a success message even when the target URL returns a 500. The UI says 'delivered' but the payload was never received.
